Shipping and Delivery


When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • โ€‹Digital goods areย deliveredย instantly by an email from BookFunnel.ย 
  • Print books areย deliveredย by shipping.

ย 

Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Gift Cards or Digital goods: This includes ebooks and audiobooks as these are instant downloads.

Please choose carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

When you purchase goods from our Site (www.memorablefictionbooks.com hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1.Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder, or if you're using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

2.Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed they are shipped.

To USA and Canada 10 to 15 working days.

To UK 5 to 8 days.

To Europe 7 to 10 working days.

To Australia 10 to 15 working days.

You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient of the physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

For all other refunds, please email: books@memorablefictionbooks.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please put the word "returns" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, and reason for return. If the item is damaged, you can choose a refund or we will resend your goods.ย 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, you need to contact the delivery carrier and sort the issue out with them. MemorableFictionBooks.com, Lorna Faith Kopp or any employees aren't responsible for packages that the carrier says were delivered.ย
