Refund Policy

Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Gift Cards. Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks as these are instant downloads.

Please choose carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item or if your physical item has been damaged. Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date the item was delivered to you. Customer has 30 days to return the damaged or duplicate item.

As of this writing, returns are only accepted from the follow countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, United Kingdom and United States.

For all other refunds, please email books@memorablefictionbooks.com within 10 days of receiving your product.

Please put the word "returns" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, and reason for return. If the item is damaged, you can choose a refund or we will resend your goods.
